A quirky bar serving a few craft ales, including a gluten free one, which we tried and lots of spirits. Was overcharged for a 2/3 measure of one which I assume was just a calculation error and wasn’t a problem. I can’t report any abuse from the staff like in other recent reviews though I did overhear it may be up for sale.

One of the best pubs in Exeter! Amazing selection and really know it. Ask them to recommend a variety of things and they will point you in the right direction. Also the staff are lovely! Rich the manager is super kind and a fun chat.

I've always felt warmly welcomed by everyone working there. The drinks are decently priced for the quality. I am in love with the decor and the bartenders outfits, it feels like I'm stepping into a time capsule.

Lovely little bar by Central station. Not a " Tabac" however or it'd be 5 stars! [6 months later] Since they now stock tobacco and cigarettes, and even licorice papers, it's now 5 stars for the best little* bar in town. (*It's tiny even by that one in Bury St Edmund's standards.) I don't think anyone stocks baccy now, but they do have little gems like this one from Bath!

Dropped in for a beer thinking it was a "brewery tap". It's not, but it does hold a fantastic and varied range of whisky (and whiskey). Great beer range too, as well as what looked like very well kept cigars (I gave up smoking many years ago, so couldn't sample). A real gem - I'd highly recommend dropping in!
